IT LOSES POSTS (I JUST LOST A BIG ONE I'D WRITTEN)[ok, so it saved it before I lost it.], MAKES ME LOG-ON EVERY TIME I COME HERE. . . I'M probably not GETTING OUTTA HERE. but I am TIRED OF THEIR quirky BLOG SITE.
Woahh there... are you sure it's not the fault of your ISP connection? Don't you have one of them crazy satellite deals that keep cutting in and out? I'm on DSL and I go months without having to log on. I've never lost any posts either because they all automatically save on the "posts" page you get to if you hit "Posting" then "Edit Posts".
Of course, you may know all this already - just thought I'd mention in case it helps!
OK Herb, so I forgot about the save and edit thing. I still have to log-on every single time I come here. Something about not being compatible with Macintosh cookies. I get a lot of messages that say "server unavailable" when trying to do things in blogger and then I lose any comment I'm in the middle of. My apologies for throwing a temper tantrum. I'll discuss it with my therapist.
Weird. I just tried commenting and I got the "503 Service Unavailable" message. I think Blogger is picking on you... (Just have to copy paste stuff into text edit before you hit publish. That way, you still have it if Blogger 503's and goes back to a blank window)
I been to college and it aint hurt me none. I even got me a degree or two. I've been a scientist, a cook, a carpenter a farmer an environmental activist and had a couple other useless pursuits. My wife calls me a "jack of all trades and master of none." [Correction: She now says I am a "starter of much and finisher of nothing"] Yes, I have a wife, but she doesn't bother me much and I don't bother her much. We get along just fine. . . an she aint my sister or cousin!
I don't complain much or tolerate whiners.
My goal in life: Have fun. Hope you do the same.

YES! They are picking on ME! They know who I am and it's a conspiracy! In fact, you might be one of THEM.
Just got: "there was an error processing this post. Please try again."
Now just ogt the "service unavailable" stuff.
