Right wing extremist morons

Gingrich backs off 'racist' label for Sotomayor
By JULIE HIRSCHFELD DAVIS, Associated Press Writer Julie Hirschfeld Davis, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON – Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Wednesday he shouldn't have called Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor a racist, but said he was still concerned that she would bring bias to her decisions.

OK, this is too good to pass up. . .

So these morons, Rush Limpdick and Newt Gingershit called Ms. Sotomayor a "racist." In itself, a couple extremist right wingers calling a brilliant highly decorated latina jurist a racist is so absurd it's sorta funny. I mean, Limpdick compared her to David Duke. WTF? Surely everyone except the unmovable 25% can see what an idiotic act of desperation such rhetoric actually is. I mean, come on, extremists of the party that gets horribly low support from minority groups because of their anti-minority policies calling anyone "racist?!" You gotta be kiddin.

So how can we look upon this with anything but pity? These are desperate, pitiful human beings. They must be scared. They must feel a terrible amount of insecurity and possibly inferiority at this point.
Yes, I know how recreant and treasonous their past actions have been. And I know how their ignorance and blind greed brought our nation to the brink of collapse. And yes, I realize if they get another foot in the door (which they will) they'll do nothing but repeat their stupid ass bullshit.
But how should we react to those who are sick? Should we have pity? Should we feel sorrow? Should we hate them? Should we treat them like low life pieces of shit? I dunno. I'm contemplating these things.

I'm also stuck in the middle of Ohio taking care of my son who just had knee surgery and don't have much else to do.

What do you think?

Putting politics aside (sorta), I think Gingrich demonstrated the main problem with Twitter because it was in a 'tweet' that he used the R word. Twitter is all about instant reaction, and that's not always a good thing. He needed a little more time to think before calling Sotomayor racist. I know my instant initial reactions are sometimes way wrong, which is why I would never consider broadcasting my thoughts on Twitter.

Limbaugh, on the hand, is an idiot. That's all the explanation required for him.

Stimpy, Yea, these politicians really ought not be using this "twitter" thing or anything else spontaneous unless they really want the public to see their real selves. So maybe it's a good thing.

I think that if we laugh at them, that will be enough to show how really out of touch they are. And how disconnected with normal, rational people. Speak on, Newt and Rush!

Laughter, ridicule is good. Saul Alinsky, the great organizer, talks about how it can be used effectively. But to people of color, this gets very insulting, very tiresome when just saying that one's experiences as a particular gender or ethnicity is a part of what makes them who they are and is checked by that person, even if they do follow the law is ludicrous. It's already self-evident.

The media wants to keep talking about this for ratings. They already know it's bullshit. But in so doing, they're doing something very divisive: they are using an issue-- any issue-- to promote divisiveness to make money. This woman should be celebrated from coming out of the projects to be one of the most respected judges in the country. Instead, she's being raked over the coals. It's just sickening.

I'm thinking that treating them like the low life pieces of shit they are. G. Gordon Liddy needs to be on that list also. That felon and mercenary shouldn't even have a voice.

Good luck with the son and the healing process.

Mom, Agree. Only in Amurkkka does a felon convicted of huge federal crimes like he was become a celebrity. ditto Oliver North. Both are creepy bozos.

Joey, Wassup in Nebraska?

MacD, Yea, any other time I'd take this all serious, but today, we have put these pricks in theoir place for now. Every time I think about "President Barack Obama," I can't help but laugh at their sorry racist asses.
Yes, we did. . . for now.

May your son be well soon. They have some fine doctors around for now.
I now rest easier knowing that all television stations are lying, a mouthpiece of the government, leading us in one direction and going for the ratings.
