Delusion: A false belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence

Puffy McBush said today:

“We’re doing fine. We have a lot of enthusiasm out there. We’re working hard and enjoying the rallies and having fun. I’m very confident,” he said. “I think we’re behind, but it’s within the margin of error and we’re coming up. All the indicators are that we’re coming up.”

FOX - 10/20-21 40-49 Obama (yes, that's FOX)
CNN - 10/17-18 46-51 Obama
Pew Research - 10/16-19 39-53 Obama
CBS/NYT - 10/10-13 39-53 Obama

Numerous others show that Obama is polling ABOVE 50%. That means that no matter how the undecideds vote, Obama is showing a win.
But the good thing is, the undecideds are falling toward Obama at a more than 25% advantage in most polling.
This is shaping up to be a blow out if these polls hold and the Bradlet effect doesn't kick in big time.

So Puffy, exactly what do you base "it’s within the margin of error and we’re coming up."

What a sad joke Puffy McBush and his pitiful choice for VP have become.
Delusional, at best.

McCain was hilarious in his accidental truth telling his western PA supporters, before he cleaned it up. I couldn't stop laughing.

McCain's probably relying on cherry-picked polls, like one that's been touted by FoxNews lately. Problem is, they undersample youth so that the numbers show that 18-24 year old prefer McCain on a 4-1 margin. Not bloody likely. The skinny on this from 538.com

McCain can be funny, like his numerous mistakes when reading from a teleprompter or calling people at at one of his events "my fellow prisoners." But then I come back to the idea that this impulsive, anger-prone, erratic guy could be my president and get scared.
