Ignorant proles who ignore their own civil liberties

Cops bust high school root beer kegger
By ROBERT IMRIE, Associated Press Writer Fri Mar 28, 6:55 PM ET

WAUSAU, Wis. - Cars lining the street. A house full of young people. A keg and drinking games inside. Police thought they had an underage boozing party on their hands.

But though they made dozens of teens take breath tests, none tested positive for alcohol. That's because the keg contained root beer.

The party was held by a high school student who wanted to show that teens don't always drink alcohol at their parties.. . .

Kronenwetter Police Chief Daniel Joling said an officer was dispatched to the home March 1 on a complaint of cars blocking the road. . . .

Nearly 90 breath tests were done, and officers even searched locked rooms for hiding teens.

. . . we still had a job to do, and our officers did it," Joling said. "If one kid had come there, even hadn't drank there, but had come there and had been drinking and had left and crashed and burned, then what would the sentiment be? Why didn't the police check everybody out?"

D.C. Everest schools Superintendent Kris Gilmore did not immediately return a message Friday.

If this had been my kids at my house it would have turned into a unique opportunity to give all the children present AND the police of Kronenwetter, Wisconsin a huge lesson in the Constitution of the United States.

My line in the sand (or the front yard) would be, if you don't have a warrant, you are NOT coming onto my property and questioning anyone or searching a single square centimeter. Get a warrant or get the fuck out, NOW!

That, followed by a brief but thorough explanation of what Ammendment IV of the Constitution of the United States says and means ought to teach some of those present a practical lesson in American life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Could we then talk about the right to peacably assemble? Why not?

See, the problem we have in thos country, and it is a grave problem, is that no one seems to know what their rights are. Time and time again you hear of people saying "go ahead, search my car, house, whatever." It's ridiculous, but probably the same thing these kids' parents did.
Fuck that. Now believe me, my house is clean of any illegal materials or activities. I gave all that shit up many mnay years ago, but still, no law enforcement officer or any other employee of the gov't is going to come into my home without a warrant. Even if they do have a warrant, I will pursue criminal/civil charges against the issueing judge and the requesting law enforcement agency as there is never any probable cause for anyone to suspect illegal activities upon my premises.

You dumb fuck proles have sat back while the MoronMonkeyBoy Bush Regime has shredded YOUR Constitution of the United States. You've let unbelievable acts of constitutional subversion occur like the "Patriot Act" within the halls of congress. It's not surprising that you'd let some bunch of small town thugs invade your home without cause. We have an election for president of the United States going on right now and that is not even an issue for the vast majority of voters.

Unbelievable.

Stupid fucking Americans don't deserve the Constitution of the United States.
