Iowa? Gimme a break.
What's all the fuss about Iowa? Does Iowa represent America? Hardly. This is a state whose economy runs on agriculture. . . pigs, soybeans, chickens, beef and corn are what Iowa is all about. Not much else. It's a nice place to live, I'm sure (sure), but it certainly doesn't stand as a bellweather for America. America has an overall 80.2% white population, in Iowa it's 94.9%. In America, about 1 of 8 people are black, in Iowa it's 1 of 43.
Fuck Iowa. Who care who Iowa wants to run for president. The only thing making Iowa relevant is the main stream media looking for a story and the candidates looking for some advantage.

5 states could lose half GOP delegates

WASHINGTON - Republican Party leaders on Monday recommended punishing five states for shifting their nomination contests earlier, moving to strip New Hampshire, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan and Wyoming of half their delegates.

So the republican party feels that they can punish a state and the people who reside there by taking away their representation. That's an interesting concept that I wouldn't want to see applied to our republic. Remember King George? The Sons of Liberty threw a ship load of his tea into Boston Harbor because of taxation without representation.
These corpo-fascist pricks are dangerous to our freedom with their twisted ideas.

Religious Right's tough call

Here's another group of people who are irrelevant. These morons have been thinking they have influence when Moron Monkey Boy, Bush the Chimp has proven that they are irrelevant. Bush has ignored the religious fundamentalists in this country. Hell, he's pretty much ignored the religious fundamentalists everywhere except where it makes his puppet masters more money. The religious fundamentalist Bin Laden was the first to be ignored even though he master minded the attack on this country of 9/11/01.

Bush asks for $46 billion more for wars

WASHINGTON - President Bush asked Congress for $46 billion more to bankroll wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and said he wants the money approved by Christmas. The fighting in Iraq, in its fifth year, already has cost more than $455 billion.

I'll bet the democrats give it to him. . . by the time he wants it. They are the biggest bunch of loser politicians ever. So far they've caved in to the corpo-fascists right on down the line. I'm sure $46 billion for more of the same old same old in Iraq and to line the corpo-fascist pockets will be slid right into their hands. Hell, the dems know that they can be beaten like school yard wimps by these national traitors if they take a mind to start thumping in '08.

NASA sits on air safety survey

MOFFETT FIELD, Calif. - An unprecedented national survey of pilots by the U.S. government has found that safety problems like near collisions and runway interference occur far more frequently than previously recognized. But the government is withholding the information, fearful it would upset air travelers and hurt airline profits.

Chertoff waives laws for border fence

WASHINGTON - Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff on Monday invoked his power to bypass certain laws to restart construction of a fence on the Arizona-Mexico border. . .
Work on nearly two miles of the fence had been suspended since Oct. 10, when a federal district judge ordered a delay on its construction.. . .
Congress gave Chertoff the power to waive environmental and other laws to build border barriers when it passed the REAL ID Act in 2005.

Huh? Just like the power to tap your phone without getting a warrant. Shit like this astounds me. Welcome to America 2007. It's a fucked up fascist country we live in.
